Dr. Victor (Vic) Jordan is a Family Physician who brings a thoughtful, patient-centred approach to care within InFocus integrated, neurodiversity-affirming model. Dr. Jordan provides comprehensive, episodic medical support with a focus on collaboration, continuity, and accessibility. He is registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and practices in alignment with the standards of modern family medicine.

At InFocus, Dr. Jordan’s role is consultative and supportive, particularly for individuals navigating ADHD, Autism, and co-occurring mental health concerns. He works in alignment with psychiatric recommendations (including those from Dr. Dirk Kotze), offering medical guidance, monitoring, and coordination of care with existing providers. His approach emphasizes evidence-based practice, clear communication, and advocacy, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their care. He is actively involved in street medicine and outreach, providing care in community settings where individuals facing homelessness, substance use, and mental health challenges are living.
