A four-week virtual group for neurodivergent adults.
When you’ve been pushing through for too long, even the things that once felt manageable can start to feel like too much. Running on Empty is a four-week virtual group for neurodivergent adults who are experiencing burnout, feeling depleted, or trying to understand what recovery might look like without simply learning to push harder.
This will be a space for real conversations, shared experiences, practical strategies, and finding a kinder way forward. Together, we’ll explore neurodivergent burnout, capacity, masking, sensory and cognitive load, regulation, boundaries, and what sustainable recovery can look like.
You don’t have to push through. Recovery isn’t another thing to achieve.
